A whiz with numbers from an early age - so much so that my mother called me her "little accountant" - I learned bookkeeping during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, I opened a local bookkeeping company to help business owners in the Lapeer, MI and surrounding areas keep track of their finances.

For 10 years, I worked for the USGS monitoring the water supply in south Florida. I collected, computed, checked and reviewed data for inclusion in the annual reports for our City, County, State and Federal cooperators. The data being numbers collected at 15 minute intervals 365 days a year.  I changed careers because I could no longer tolerate working outside in Florida in the summer.
